Happy days in Den Fynske Landsby

What a summer, I have to say! Mia Guldhammer and I will release our debut album 'Tral, træd & Traditioner' on 6 August on Musik over Præstø Fjord, and that in itself is fantastic in our eyes.

And then I turn 60 (Who would have thought it?) on August 6. It will also be celebrated at Music over Præstø Fjord. I'm looking forward to it.

And at the same time, in the month of August alone I have 10 concerts with the duo Jensen & Bugge, with whom I have played a lot of concerts and tours in the past 10 years. Most of the concerts in August are in Den Fynske Landsby in Odense, one of our favorite venues, and a great place to explore, both alone and with friends and family.

Our task is to play small 'pop-up concerts' around the village, and tell people a little about song and music in the 19th century, but also about how we use the music, and even compose new music inspired by the traditional, here in the 21st century.
